If you are a FIRST TIME USER then follow the FIRST TIME USER button. FIRST TIME USERS must Sign up for the service. Follow the SIGN UP process using your SS# and the PIN that was sent to you with your first statement. If you dont have the PIN you can request it at the sign up location or you can call Automated Pin Replacement @ 1- 800-584-6001 or 1-800-262-3862.
